Hvolsvöllur

Hvolsvöllur is a small town of approximately 950 people in the south of Iceland, conveniently located by the Ring Road, about 106 km to the east of Reykjavík. It is often travelled through by those exploring the South Coast or encircling the country. It is a very popular place to stay for those who want to be close to the sites of the west and south, such as the Golden Circle, but away from the hustle and bustle of Reykjavík.
